BIRMINGHAM, AL (April 30, 2020) - The Southern Golf Association (SGA) hopes this note finds you and your loved ones well during these unprecedented times.
The SGA along with our partners at Maridoe Golf Club and Blessings Golf Club continue to rely on the most current information from the CDC, WHO, along with monitoring rapidly changing health, travel protocols and operational circumstances throughout the country. Our primary goal is to ensure the safety and well-being of everyone involved with the championship. With that said, we will provide a championship status update on Friday, May 15th for both the Southern Junior Championship and Southern Amateur Championship including sectional qualifying.
We share your desire to return to the golf course and compete at the international level. In the interim, stay safe, sanitize frequently and keep social distancing.
